I saw this driving down Berkshire on Easter. Looks badass. I'm glad you decided to go back to having a wing.

I decided to do some actual work on the 86, then regretted it immediately.

About 1.5-2hrs. Trying to find all the dash bolts always takes the longest. I'm gonna remove the tar under the carpet too, but keep the carpet. (which is basically from the seats to the firewall.
Still deciding on what to do about the dash. The factory dash is cracked all over, which is expected from a Florida car. However, there is a dash cover that is all plastic and looks decent. It fits goofy, but I painted it all black. It's cheap and gives the car a dash. But, I've been thinking about making an N2 style dash and running some aftermarket gauges (since I have no stock ones). Might mod that plastic cover to be the dash itself using some fiberglass and resin, which would be pretty cool and ultra lightweight.
I guess the whole idea of the car is to be minimalistic and light. I want a car that is mechanically simple and weigh nothing. Its how I see Corollas as a whole, I guess.

Just put bend a flat sheet of aluminum in a 90 degree angle and put some fucking gauges in it. Get all SICK about there being nothing in there at all.

Yeah. ^^^^^^ I can't tell if that's flocked or painted, but if you can flock aluminum, I think it'll be cooler than paint.
I really like the idea of a super simple car with the only electronics being gauges pretty much.

Love that interior. Minimalist has always been my favorite.
You should also move the seat back and extend the steering column. Dumbest/coolest thing ever.

Far back/low seating placements are the best. Ima mount my big ear where my back seat should go and use like ten steering hub spacers. Hollerrrrr.

Custom pedal boxes? A bunch of bricks duct taped to the pedals?

think about that though, put all that weight on the pedals and they will be being depressed all the time.

For any one who doesn't follow my Instagram, earlier this month I decided on a whim to go racing with the MRS on the 27th. I strangely decided to be somewhat serious about it too. MRS is officially not a drift car any more.
Bought some Star Spec Z2's
Brakes - StopTech pads and centric rotors (parent company of StopTech)
Raised it to clear the new tires
And almost finished chassis mounting my GT wing (paint is drying now)
