| If you dont feel like doing what they told you, ask around for a testing center that has someone who doesnt care, and will pass you for a hundred or something...

| lol true.
personally i wouldnt do it on a 95+, but i think it really just depends if you remove the emissions crap from your motor, whether or not your running a cat, etc
because they DO only test it at idle.
plus there are even shops that prepare racecars to pass emissions tests. theres one near mph motorsports next to that emisssions place | |
