| updates. Went to DW on tuesday for a while to see what was going on. Showed up to find this. fuckin gross, to the left of the carnage you can see where he carved lines to find out where the body filler actually stopped. he also cut out the lower part of the rocker/door jamb and put the new one in, which looked awesome, as well as cut out the interior frame rail and replaced it with a not crunched one. heres a picture with the lower part cut off. needless to say, it took hours of slide hammering, sledge hammering, massaging, drilling, cutting etc. to pull the rail back out to being straight and how it was stock. I also swapped my NCRCA out for standard RCA. new front suspension setup. cool angle. my wheel fitment sucks big time now, but that will be fixed when I get an alignment. Just gotta stretch my LCA's out a bunch, they are in really far right now. oh and I painted the wheels on the 14 and snapped a pic on the way home. weee. Until next time. | |
