Still got a couple things to throw on (roof wing, position lights, and splitters). I've been pretty sick these last few days. Hoping to recover soon so I can get a crack at throwing all the missing pieces and fixing all the gay shit on my car. Hopefully, I'll be back with a more thorough update.

It's been over a year since I've visited this thread.. Let me try "fill-in" on some in-between shit of what's happened. Or hasn't.
Brace yourselves.

Left off at fresh paint I think. Well go back a few steps.

Tomy and me went ahead and hammered out the rear bushing bullshit with some solid parts shop max jam. Took us like an hour or so. Bullshitting as usual.


Dropped my shit off to get painted blah blah fast forward to painted.

Daily drove the cock out the damn thing.


Got ultra loaded after work most days with my negra Tomyguns. Then one day I got a flat going to get drunk food. I fucked some fender paint up pretty bad on some drunk shit. Haha. Whatever.


At this point I had realized that party boy front camber wasn't for me. Pretty much destroyed brand new federal rsr's fronts in like less than 2 months time of solid daily duty. I also didn't really have an alignment done. Probably didn't help.


I replaced the tires and continued daily duty until first snow fall. Had my fun in the snow and parked it.


In between winter 2013 and early 2014 I over hauled a bunch of suspension shit with every intention of driving straight to an alignment rack come spring. Slapped on rear part shop max links I had laying for forever, Largus front and rear bars for maxium dickheadness, new axles, new tie rod ends and reused the tein inners. Also had the bearings on the front hubs replaced.

Then I went and completed the my whole front splitter/canard setup on the front.


Boom. "Spring" rolls around and we head straight to alignment rack, as said is done. On the way back I decided I might as well go straight to the tint shop. When in Rome, right?




I begin to daily this thing and then register for the first Usair date. A week before, I end up attending one of the drift shindigs Señor Kam sets up in Indy. Long story short, I felt my motor all goof dick the whole day. I cancel usair and bitch out the whole year. We'll just say it was lack of seat time that ruined me at the end of the day.


Whatever. In the end, I've enjoyed the whole year daily driving this thing that has taken my money, time and hair. Nobody can take that shit away from me. I've been on cruises, highway blasts, tried to race Porsche's and all types of shit, thumbs up from old car dudes, quality photo sessions, two meets, lol, and most importantly, it dragged me to my friends houses where we continue to get shitty and enjoy shit.

Fucking Norway came all the way out here for final bout. Took that motherfucker on a highway blast hours before his flight back home.


Nearing the end Ive added little shit here and there that's super important to my vision and ultimate quest in finishing this car. Shit like body vinyl (which is unfinished by the way. More on that next year.), gt style through-bonnet tow hook, window vinyl, f/r strut tower bars, etc etc. I've also been fixing all the normal shit. Like functioning turn signals, led license plate light. Little shit.



Picked up a pair of NT03+M. Goddamm love these things. Sold my Dmax trunk wing and bought a G-Corporation. Gotta get that painted.




And so, here we are now. I've sold the Ka and will be buying some sort of SR. Original plan was either S14 or S15 SR but money is a bit tight so we'll see. I'm slowly buying all the swap parts like radiator, intercooler and all that shit.
