| ^ for the seized collars..
this usually works best on the car- take a big flat blade screw driver and put it in the slots that are there for the wrench and pound the shit out of the screw driver with your BFH.. also soak it with some penetrating oil
if that dont work a couple blips with an air hammer usually does with a chisel bit, just make sure your not cutting in to the collar..

| it came with the two side pieces on the upper part, with intercooler tabs welded on. but we decided that instead of going through the hassle of drilling mine out, riveting new ones, and repainting, we just cut mine along the same lines his were cut, and were gong to weld in some tabs for the intercooler.
the only real fabrication we need to do is a lower bar to replace the original lower radiator support, (the part that the tension rod brackets bolt to. and then the outter hoop that acts as a lower radiator mount.
it will all be done next weekend when satty brings his welder up here.
along with assembling the lines for the oil cooler.
the engine is just covered up in the pictures because i'm waiting on my new valve cover
everything else is pretty much good to go, just need little things like gauges and an SS clutch line to get it driving again.

| the bottle is from an intercooler sprayer kit, its just decoration now. the tails area also decoration. we use them to test paint colors.
and yea. wire tucking. i HATE wiring. anything beyond plugging in a connector is way over my head. and speaking of wiring. we accidentally chopped almost my whole engine harness in half cutting the radiator support off, definitely didnt realize it was under there...
an hour and $19 at radioshack and its good as new.

| One thing I hate about these cars is the wiring harness and the wacky routing they did on it.
I ditched as much or the OEM one as I could and went with painless kit.

| i want to do that eventually but not until i do some kind of stand alone. I dont know shit about wiring so i would probably just end up having a friend do it. I like the idea of having everything right on a switch board. very simple.
but right now all this shit is getting in the way of driving, which is 100% what i dont want. i hate building cars I'm just doing everything i can to get it running asap
i lived on java monster and 5 hour energy this weekend, in the garage until 4am friday, and saturday, and from 9am to 3pm sunday
