^thats what ive been thinking. i think theyd look real good on the car. simple 5 spoke design. and if i still have the vs-xx it should look good with those too

my car just put the biggest smile on my face. supercharger whine, subtle (sexy) exhaust note, and all it took was a 1st gear pull with the new exhaust.

judging by my calibrated butt dyno, the car feels much better with the exhaust than an open header. loads of torque throughout the powerband.

im addicted

the car scrapes and rubs everywhere. whatever, it looks cool as hell.

exhaust, yes it hangs funny. i made a mount out of round tubing and i misjudged the spot to drill a hole. it will be fixed in the future


and how the skidplate fits. it actually helps tuck up my exhaust higher up (it will be painted black later)

Lookin' good, I've never seen anyone do more than just stupid bolt-ons with an AW11. Just curious, is there a fan for the IC or something to direct air over it?

well the aerodynamics of the aw11 look like this.

air flows from under the car up through the engine bay. a fan does help with low speed though (would help a lot with drifting actually). i eventually want to go to a air to water intercooler. so airflow back there would mean very little for charge temps.

i really want some sort of cool aero, but there isnt anything worth giving a shit about for me. so i guess it will stay oem aero. (but i really want to do a rear lip) i will also eventually end up with a GT wing of some sort to actually give me downforce. air tumbles off the top of my car because the sudden drop of the rear window. so my wing would have to be roughly at my roofline to make any difference.

theres some dbate about how accurate that picture is because of some things that arent exactly right on the drawing. (space behind the front bumper, rear engine bay firewall hangs a little too low, no front turn signal holes in bumper, etc)

yeah i know they do. ive taken it there before.
