| i just got brand new slave cyl, i tightened it around the end of the boot with a clamp thingy which when u tighten the screw it tightens, but when i bleed it now, the WHOLE boot fills up and looks like a filled up condom with water about to explode. Can anyone help me with my problem, my dd is takin a **** on me right now | |

| sounds like the piston that pushed the rod isnt sealing.
go get another one. this one is defective. | |

who are you buying these slave cylinders from? i had an autozone one on my old s13 and had no problems like what youre having. | |

| did it fill up like a balloon and pop off when its bolted on and pressing against the fork?

| yeappppp, tats y i clamped so it wouldnt, but obviously the fork pushed all the way out anywayz. btw the clamp idea was from somone on another forum | |

| Nope. No need for a clamp. I changed Roskis slave last week with an Autozone one and after i bled it properly its been working beautiful. | |

| basically pump the clutch 3 times, 3rd time hold, release, tighten screw, repeat | |

| ok, just to make sure; you have the slave bolted to the trans and the rod in the fork right? if not, youre blowing the cylinder out everytime.
get any pics for us?
you dont have the clutch damper on there anymore right? if so, remove it. | |

| i dont got the clutch damper, its straight line to the slave, and the slave is bolted up corrently n the rod in the fork but nackers told me it might be a clutch pivot problem | |

| Nackers is correct in thinking the pivot ball. It the piston is comin out to far then there is no resistance or stop for the piston. Either the pivot ball is fucked up, or the clutch fork.
Only way to tell is to drop the trans. | |
