WTB 91'-94' 240sx coupe or hatch in the area

My good buddy is selling off his Spec-v to join the darkside.... So he's got $3500- $4000 to work with. We're mainly looking for a coupe style, but a hatch with a good price and right condition will work too.
Musts:
- 5 Speed
- Good motor, under 150k because we're gonna turbo it eventially.
- Clear title
- Decent paint condition
