| I dont get the logic here. You order the fucking part, and then start to do research when it gets to your house? You really called Megan to ask them how the shifter you have in your possession works? Usually I research things before I purchase them. I must be a faggot. | |

| ok dick head if you read what i wrote i called them to make sure the seller was legit and made sure it was an actuall megan product
and i did plenty of research i said there was nothing on the ver.1 shifter just ver.2 so just keep your comments to yourself
and today i put the bitch in and it was the exact same height as the oem shifter i was pissed and will be returning the thing asap

| What does height have to do with anything, isn't the point of a short shifter to make the distance between gears shorter...? | |

| because most short shifters do look shorter and it's still the same as oem no shorter throws | |

| ill sell you a b&m for $150
all the heights are about the same short throw means the distance between gears is shorter not the shifter itself.

| If i remeber right the V1 shifter had a bad vibrating problem. Like ti was loud as hell and you could feel it in the shfter real bad.
The V2 was supposed to have fixed the vibration issues. Post a review when you get in the car.

| I had Megan v2 and it vibrated and was loud as hell at high rpm and the plastic bushing would break all the time. I did however like how it shifted. | |

| ok got it installed today again, and i only took it to about 5000 and didnt hear anything the dust boot wouldn't fit on the 2mm lip on the top bracket so i just put a shit load of duck tape on it then the dust boot wasn't secure on the bottom only the top, and as far as the shifting aspec of it, it was suppose to have reduced the throw by 40% and lower the shift knob 1-3" depending on the vehicle, it didn't lower the knob at all and i would say it reduced the throw by about 5-10%, it deffinatly feels stiffer but still swivles arount when in gear, i was not impressed at all not for $80 | |
