CA240 Karting Meet - MPGP Jan. 17th!

Ok, so since i had a great time with the people i went with last time, we should get a large group together and go! gets us out of the cold and having fun driving. maybe some food afterwards?

When: Saturday, Jan 17th, 2009 - 4pm
Where: Melrose Park Grand Prix (http://www.mpgrandprix.com)
Who: Chicagoarea240sx members (over 18 )
Prices:
1st Race $20.00
2nd Same day race $15.00
3rd Same day race $10.00
All subsequent same day races $10.00
3 Same day pre-paid races $40.00

they also give discounts on parties over 10, so more people is better.

i dont think drunk karting is such a good idea. theyre quick (30mph) and they hurt when you get hit or hit something.

are the electric or petrol

propane. they look like this, but no bumper around them or body work. all metal bars

you don't need anything. They should supply you with a racing suit and helmet and possibly a neck guard.

all of the above.

but you can wear long sleeves to not wear the racing suit (though it does have a cool dragon on it) and bring your own helmet if you wish. but you dont need anything but money
