195/50-16 and 225/45-16 in A048's. pretty equal in size. front being a bit smaller. (stock is 205/50-15). but 195/50 is a bit much of a stretch on a 8" maybe ill order some 16x7's for the front... or run 215/45-16 RT615's in the front and 225/45-16 A048's in the rear hahaha

Specification Sidewall Radius Diameter Circumference Revs/Mile Difference
205/50-15........4.0in..11.5in....23.1in........72.5in....874........0.0%
195/50-16........3.8in..11.8in....23.7in........74.4in....852........2.6%

for sure. i took it around the block. on an off camber curve (one that i always test new suspension parts out), i slid the rear out and the car was much more predictable and solid. steering and suspension response seem to also be much quicker.

after i get my wheels and coilovers all settled, i think i will be buying the front and rear braces.

oh, and this center one was only 15lbs or so. light enough to easily hold in place while i fought with the holes to line up.

from what i hear, the power brace (or equivilant) does wonders for the s13/s14's front end. so much flex at the tension rod brackets

thanks. im scraping the brace all over already Embarassed it smacks large chunks of ice too. i hope this thing holes up to my punishment Laughing

wheels are on their way, like i said. next on my list is coilovers (kw or JIC) and TRD stage 1 aero and a lip spoiler. i might ditch the roll bar because it doesnt meet SCCA or whatever specs for tubing thickness. probably will look hotter with no bar when slammed anyway.

that was the original plan. the bar is only 2mm (0.079") thick if im reading it right (google translation of Techno Pro Spirits site)

"Color "Titanium Silver." 材質はスチールです。 Material is steel.
メインアーチ40φ・t=2㎜ ME arch 40φ t = 2 mm "

whatever the fuck that means.

couldn't you just get that perpendicular bar welded on the stock brace, and you have the same thing?

if you add the gussets for the tension rod brackets - yes.

My cost - under $10 in steel, weld, paint, install, spend rest on blow and midget hookers. Razz
