| Last year after storing my sportmax 962's i pulled them out only to find that the lip on all the rims started to oxidize. looks like the shitty clearcoat broke/chipped off and got all nasty. Before storing i cleaned them up and put them tightly in garbage bags(not cuz their cheap 962's lol) just to keep the moisture out.
i also put in that silica gel shit and that kept them real dry. w/e damage is done. how can i repair this/paint over it?
what do i use to to prepare the rims for paint?
and what is the proper way to store rims for future reference. thanks any help is greatly appreciated.

| 0000 steel wool + elbow grease + time = shiny lips again.
I drove with my 19's on through the winter and they looked like shit and brake dust pitted and shit.
Vin's brother did great job.
