it. but from the way the pictures look. it turned out reaaaaaaaaaal

lol actually no. i saw this on another 240 forum. n since im thinking
about painting the car i thoguht id check it out. so yeah, the pictures
show a pretty nice outcome. i wana see if anyone local has or will try
this.

seen it done, and unless you are incredibly patient it looks like shit. also, have fun getting that shit off if you ever decide to really paint your car.

i personally would never do that. too many horror stories

^^^Yup my neighboor tried doing that shit and my god it was a mess, and he paints car for a living, patience or no patience it will take you like a month to paint your car, im straight i rather pay alot and have that shit back in like 2 days........

I kinda tried doing this, and it didnt turn out very well for the part that I did. I also read on some forums that that type of enamel is kinda a soft paint, so it gets messed up fairly easily. I tested it out myself, and I was able to chip the paint verly easily off the parts that I painted.

If anyone's seen a red Corolla GT-S hatch back with JDM front and rear bumpers, and a Korean guy named Art driving it, that paint job was done like that. It's pretty nice. Soooo much work though!

Yeah, Art aka 'Tip' has a red 86 with the roller-paint-job.

It's definitely a time consuming job. To make it look good, you need to put time into it. Art's is pretty good, but it's still a 10-footer.
