Im gonna do the rings later on today... Im debating wether there is going to be any problems if i dont get the block re-surfaced?? Since i dont have a lift to take block out right now, there is not much i can do. Hopefully the head gasket seals properly... | |

Hopefully the head gasket seals properly... At worst... take the head and block to a machine shop and have them check it for level. Doing that HG twice and adding cost = the suck. Or... buy a machinists level (really really level piece of steel) and some feeler gauges to check it. | |
