if my bov is stuck open. is there a way to make it sit closed?
or am i gonna have to junk it n get a new one?

why would you want a stuck bov to stick closed? go buy a new one.

i dont mean stuck closed i meant is it fixable. and its an older blitz model

Mine had that problem. IDK how bad it is for you, but I'm assuming you have a old school blitz SS. You can try and take it off the hot pipe, look at the under side and you'll see a C-clip. Take that guy off but be carefull because there is a spring in there that will pop that plunger out. Basically, clean everything really nice and lube it up with some lithum grease. Clean out the acess grease and try that. If it don't work, yeah, get a new one.

Also, I didn't think to do this with mine, but when its apart maybe blow some compressed air through the line and make sure there is nothing blocking airflow. It could also be that the spring is broken or something in which case you could maybe get a new spring from blitz or maybe someone with a spare blitz SS. Or again, get a new one. Besides, according to HKS bov's are replacement parts. They don't bother fixing them or selling replacement parts for them.
