t28 BB turbo

Ok my question is this i got t28 BB, i hooked up the oil feed line, was testing if it was leaking anywhere, i pluged up the oil drain line and tryed to blow it through and the air comes out of turbo intake side? its not supost to happen like that right? i need to rebuild it? Change oil seals? Or is it supost to let air out of there in order to drain better, because i got a t25 and i did the same thing, the air barly comes out when I plug up all the holes, but for the t28 bb air passes more freely...fk impissed any1 got any info to help?

i have a new gt28r basically the same thing, just blown through it. no air whatsoever. was your t25 blown?

I dont know because i bought that from a person, both of those turbos are used, is ur gt28 did u try to plug up the oil drain and blow air through the oil feed line?

yea i did it both ways, but i dont think thats the proper way to determine if the turbo seals are blown. i say just run it on the car and see if you get some blue smoke coming from the exhaust or oil in your hotpipe and intercooler piping.

your turbo should not leak air between the seals whatsoever..

If not then im fucked,and all the instaling I did I will have to redo zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

don't worry about it too much, i bet the 2nd time around u can do it as twice as fast, if this was the first time for you
