im having a problem with one of the brakes. its the driver side front brake. when i press the brake pedal it makes a 'thump thump..' noise. when i apply more pressure it becomes louder, almost into a knocking. it wasnt doing this for probably the first 20 miles i drove the car with the new rotors. it still stops correctly. whats my problem?

for some reason the key is stuck in the ignition. AH!! it wont come out. damnit

radio is finally complete and works great too




i think my build is done. nothing else i need to buy, although i would like that msports splitter jspec has. just need to drive it now.

Zoltec had this issue - it was his tension rods. Turned out that he lost the studs that hold it to the LCA. Nothing some zipties didn't fix. LOL

But with you having brackets and 2pc rotors, I'd check EVERYTHING

was the car auto before?
maybe you didn't remove the key lock release.
mines still in. was stuck and i started playing with it.

it's under the shift boot.

i dunno. my wheels look almost small as it is on my car, and people always think they are 19's. i couldnt imagine how a ce28 would look, probably smaller than what i have now. i dunno

so i take it your car was auto before?
you only have it if you were auto and it wasn't removed.

i think i have a pic of it... but photobucket wont load/open right now.

it's a pull/push cable release type of thing.

you can totally just disconnect it.

i havn't yet.

I wouldnt say its worth 35k, but for the prices some people are fetching for thrown together cars Id say its reasonable.
I dont think youll get it, but your car is clean as shit. Its full of everything hotness, so maybe youll find a buyer with similar taste.
And similar cashflow.

man i love the car and all and i hate to say this but i just dont see anyone paying 35k for a 240sx no matter how awesome it is.

but i would still put it up for what you want to get and see what kind of offers you get and go from there.
