Trade For 240sx : 1999 BMW 318ti

As the title states, I am looking to trade my BMW for an S-Chassis.
I'd prefer an S13 hatch over anything, S14 and S13 coupe are acceptable candidates tho.

240k mi (if you know BMWs thats nothing)
Car runs amazing, no "issues", aside from needing a TPS, just makes it idle high before it warms up, and throws a check light, for the TPS, but still runs great.
This is my daily driver, hasn't broke down or failed to start or anything. I depend on it every day, so whatever I'm trading for must be the same.

Has M Interior and M Aero
17'' BBS wheels

Car suffered a Very light hit, and the hood and bumper and driver fender were replaced, and not painted.
comes with extra set of Z3 fenders (vented)
Extra Cluster (with MPG option)

and my friend has an ENTIRE parts car that you will have free reign of.

NO Structural rust, i can manage a little quarter rust
Coils + welded diff, wheels would be a plus
Must be 5spd, Must NOT be Single cam

MUST run well, and not have Issues
