fs '95 240sx SR20DET, S15 front end conversion

The body is in good conditon, there is one rust spot above the driver side rear wheel, but it is very light. I also have a matching rear bumper that has not been installed yet. The sound system (1800 watt sound system, 2200 watt amp) is currently disconnected as well as I never decided on how to best mount the amp. I have the original wheels with stock sized tires as well as the ones seen in the pictures that I will include. They would be perfect for a track day. If you guys have any questions about it let me know, I can list all the parts but basically everything that can be replaced, was replaced brand new, radiator, clutch, flywheel, exhaust, battery relocation, ect. The engine was guaranteed under 50,000km/30,000mi, and I put less than 3,000 mi more on it. I can't post a link yet since I had to recreate my account, but you can look me up on flickr, davebuccelli. Its one of the few sets I have on there. I will post the link when I am allowed.

As you can see this thing is really just missing a paint job.

Also, can you do down payment?

When I bought the sound system I actually bought 4 extra speakers by mistake. They said how many do you want, I said well, four obviously, so they gave me four boxes lol. I think I still have them. As for the amp, I could do that as well with the speakers I guess. I really want to avoid parting the car out, I know it will be a perfect fit for someone, but the sound system isn't really a big deal. I can see if I still have an extra amp wiring kit as well.

And, what do you mean down payment? For the sound system or the car itself?

Where are you at? I'm out of the states for a while, but I have someone who can take care of it for me at my house, possibly meet but not as likely.
