s13 kade no ecu power

as stated above no power to ecu, thus no working feul pump. car sarted last night around 11pm and now it wont all i did was put in radiator and fill coolant(ran car for a few seconds) and finish the exhaust,

thats the only issue i need fixed to have car running i tried my spare ecu still no go looked at all wireing/relays and fuse with 3 other guys,

also have a issue with the wiper going off when the switch is off while starting the motor,

for ex, ill crank motor and when i stop cranking it the wipers goes off once,



also wanna kno if anyone here used to own this 240 im working on it a 91 hb with with a rusted out battery area solid motor/trans mount,and a 1 piece driveshaft?
guy i got it from gave it to me in trade for a sub and amp and 100 bucks total was about 3hundo in trade,
