| - Yes
-its basically almost the same setup as the cx racing ebay kit. but pieced together with some of my old shit...and they said it runs on stock ecu/injectors but i doubt it. So im probably gonna pick up a greddy emange later down the rd.

| i had a emance on my black s14, ran fine for the 1.5-2 years i had it. tune cost me 50bux, i guess it's a hit or miss with those things tho. thinking of it now, idk why i even took the chance. if i did it over again, i wouldn't do it. | |

| Whoah. Dont know if your being serious or not, but please dont try to turbo your motor without at LEAST a rom tune and some good injectors/pump.
Specs on Turbo? | |

| This is going well.
Are you just slapping on the turbo? Are you doing anything internally to the engine?

| Looks that way. Looking forward to see how this works out.
A good rom tune and keeping the boost at 7psi or so and this thing should last and make like 240whp.

| gonna pick up some sr injectors and a walbro 255. Il think about what im gonna use for tuning once i get all the other shit i need first. probably gonna go with a emance though. Seems like the cheapest and easiest way to go.
I heard these things can hold up a good amount of boost until a certain point, so im gonna just try and bolt it up and see what happens. Im trying to pick up a spare motor to build during the mean time though.

| GReddy E-manage and emance are two different things. E-manage is known to fucking suck. For the price, you can get a sweet nistune setup. Just keep it hood and get one of those ebay emance tunes. Rollllllllllllllllllllll. | |

| paint ended up being too much at the moment, so probably gonna wait on that. But i was wondering if you guys think i might be able to get by with a safc with the turbo setup etc or do i really need some sort of tuning shit? i dont have much knowledge when it comes to tuning and what not. | |

| I personally haven't messed with turboing KA's before but Im pretty curious to see how this will work out too. I think as long as you have your injectors and a safc you should be safe. What are you doing for a boost controller? Are you running a different MAF?
Looks dope though! keep it up.

| Go on Ka-T.org or whatever. Safc fucking sucks and really you should get at LEAST a rom tune, but there are dudes on that forum that have premade safc tunes for most common setups. Im sure some dude on there can give you a baseline setting for whatever t3/t4 topmount/injector setup that is you have. But I wouldnt trust that shit past 7psi at all. | |

| get some cheap emance tuned ecu, then you can run an safc to run it a little richer or so. those stock injectors will probably be maxed the fuck out at 7 psi if even that. You don't want that shit running lean or your gonna pop that motor pretty quick. With the emance maybe you can get some blow by shit tuned in so you wont even have to recirculate the b.o.v. | |

| still thinkin about it. I might just try and run the emance tune and see how that shit works. Seems like it would be the better way to go instead of just safc | |
