| hey my buddy crashed his 240. im taking it off his hands now and the front end definitely needs to be rebuilt. a tubed front would work. does anyone know of a good place to get this done or does anyone on here do it at a good price. | |

| It may be cheaper to just buy a shell that is not all mangled up. If the crash is bad enough the whole car may be tweaked, which would defeat the purpose of spending all that money.
Should you actually go through with this, you may want to make sure the car is straight. | |

| body shops have frame machines which can realign the body of the car. They chain down a section and then a hydraulic rams go to work on pulling it back into alignment. | |

| Why do I have the captain obvious thing again...I know about the machine you can use to straighten a frame, but it may be cheaper to find a new shell rather then straightening the frame and doing a tube front.... | |

| I'd just buy a cavalier and not bother. but keep the 240 so you can just say you have a 240 project, and never drive your car. | |
