Small updates here. Working on the car to make it safer to drive and ready to roll to the meet. Car hasnt been on the highway since early winter. Just short trips around town.
I was tired of not being able to monitor shit going on in my engine and shit so I got my Gauge setup, and center panel stuff worked out and some other electrical stuff. MILLION props to Trucky for being so patient and helpful with my electrical shit as i get lazy and stuff. Very much appreciated. I wanted to go with Blitz BLM, or HKS gauges but mechanical is sooooo much easier and Autometer is much cheaper and works super good. Ill probably get some BLM's eventually but I like these alot actually.
Got working radio and shit again, Boost and Water temperature gauge, switches from left to right are Gauges, Fan, Fuel pump.
For the coolant temp gauge, we used the oem T located on the lower radiator hose for the coolant temp sensor from a single cam KA. We got lucky and found it at a junkyard, then you just tap the T and thread in the brass fitting and sensor and wire up the gauge and slide the T inline on your radiator hose. I recommend using that T setup, makes shit soo much easier.
I got super tired of my new front bumper scraping everything and falling off alot AND fitting like shit. So i strategically drilled ziptied and shit to make it fit like a glove and not sag between the fenders anymore. Whats really cool about that is I gained about an inch of clearance in the front, so I took advantadge of that by lowering the front a hair and maxing out the camber again. As soon as I get my new tires with much better sizing it should be tucking a little, maybe even drop some more. Pans pretty close to the ground though.
Gotta put on my skidplate.
Also got some cool shit made.
Man I cant wait to get real paint and shit. This shit is getting so swirly.
More updates as soon as i get new tires, slam the rear all the way, and get Tails. Hopefully by the meet. If not, I dont really care. Haha.

SOme more mini steady updates. Figured id document even the small stuff becasue in not made of money like others and sometimes its the small stuff that makes the biggest difference.
So my tie rods took a shit on the highway on Sunday night. I suppose them pointing straight up into the starry skies for a year of 15in full slam then being introduced to super heavy wheels and a massive ass spacer wasnt gonna work out too well anyway. So yeah, almost killed myself.
Replaced those yesterday, my old ones were completely disintegrated, Also got some Azenis RT-615's for the front finally yesterday. FIrst time having super grippy tires up front.
Got them in 215/40R17, decent stretch, nothing crazy. thanks for the hook up to Jesse GG AGAIN. haha. Also went back to a mooneyes deepcorn wheel for fun.
After the install of tie rods and tires and some adjusting of the coilovers me and Frankmon went for a late night highway run and, I must say. RT615+Voltex=Insane Grip at triple digit speeds. Feels so GOOOOOOD. Oh yeah, I started my new job today, so as of today, this is my only car and daily driver, 30 miles each way. Did it like a champ. Straight and true the whole way.
Thursday or Friday i will be maxing out the lowness of the front coilovers without collar removal(im only 3/4 inch away from that anyway), and lowering the rear about 2 inches. Gotta pull the fenders MORE.
OH, i got tired of the saggy mouth rear bumper so i ziptied it up and it looks TONS better.
Nice and tight.
I also went super revival on the Voltex, when i got it, it was missing some bolts on the endplates adn upper wing deck. So the decks rattled and shook at idle and shit. I took out all the regullar bolts and used rivets instead after I adjusted it, so its perfect now. Also spent about an hour removing all the adhesive still on it from the packaging useing goo gone. End result is Brand new looking wing. Well worth the money. DIdnt take any good pics.
