FS '95 240sx 5spd $1500 firm

i got a '95 240sx 5spd se 5 lug sitting at my friends shop. needs to go tonight. brand new clutch installed. kyb shocks n springs. jic rear control arm. body decent condition. has 141k on body. replace engine n clutch 500 miles ago. engine has bent valve. now wont start. no more money to put into it. so first $1500 takes her. no pics come see her at the shop. its rusted thru on sills. but frame still seems good shape. come by n take a look at it. it has to go tonight though. no where to store it.
