| Diggin those pics!
Drove this thing around all weekend. Feels so goooood. Car is lower than before but doesnt scrape on anything. Its awesome haha Today I straitened some stuff up that I noticed while driving. Also put in a new driver side axle and switched the oil to delvac 15-40 stuff that Ive heard many good things about. This week Im going to give a MUCH needed thorough cleaning. Change the coolant and add some of that Mo-cool stuff. Install the fanshroud that Ive had ever since Ive had the motor. And then possibly go purchase some vinyl. Stay tuneedddd

| All I've even seen online is a bunch of 16 year old kids claiming it burns faster and destroys bearings, but have no proof to back up their claims. Oddly, I've also heard all the same crap about Mobil1 and Castrol from various forums. I've known many people who have ran RP in their cars for years and never had any problems.
In fact, the only "reliable" source (LNGSourcebook) I could find just said that during testing, RP was almost exactly the same as other leading competitors. No ill affects were discovered.
Not trying to start shit, just want to know what info your going off of.
Super sorry for thread jack.

| Went to go bleed the lifters because there's a tap tap going on, Pulled the valve cover, set it TDC and checked to see which lifters had air and they are all as hard as a rock. Sooooo Not really sure what to check/look for now. | |

| FSM says is there is more then 1mm of play then to bleed them. Mine have no play. And Ive seen people that needed to bleed theirs say they felt mooshy and soft. Clean those tubes that run along those cams? I hear they fill up with junk... | |

| Ive ALWAYS wanted to do a sick ass burnout.
And the tapping is not that loud. That's why I figured it was just the lifters. I hate noises that aren't normal.

| Sweet picture. He should really go with a large, wouldn't want that lower back to get chilly.
Mine had some tap after I rebuilt my SR, bleed them and it just went away. Dont know if this might help but they sat in oil for a day, just cause I was to lazy to install them on the same day.
