Hey whats up guys. The person I share my warehouse with is moving out end of this month. I really dont feel like staying there alone.
The rent is 250 a person , includes utilities. That includes a space inside the shop, and one space outside in the parking lot. There is also a 220 volt outlet and I have a welder and air compressor. You can use all of my tools except the welder whenever you would want.
