| just put some skirts on. but seriously. grind that down, get rid of all the rust, primer it, then bring it to a body shop. itd probably be cheapest to grind, use self-etching primer, then cover it with a side skirt though... | |

| I already am planning on giving my car the type-x body kit treatment (have 3-piece rear valence already) but possibly debating a silvia front end, dont know yet. But, I kinda want to get other important mods before I finish the body. But, maybe I should just get the sideskirts. Time to search on ebay. | |

| you have to grind it off and weld new metal onto that side, its the only way to fully rid yourself of that problem. i have a spot of rust about 2-3 inches under my car that i will patching sometime soon. i lucked out because it's under the car so all i have to do afterward is sealcoat it i don't have to worry about painting it. | |

| cut out the cancer...
bondo is a band-aid
fiber glass is a band-aid
cut it out... the only thing you can do. then the repair is up to you, spend the money for a bodyshop to fab in new metal or just cover it with sideskirts | |

| I think I am going to cut out/grind the rest of the rust and fill in the area with some type of foam. I will then mold the foam to the shape of the body. Then, weld in some metal to the flat spots, and then use this por-15 putty stuff for the curved spots. The stuff dries rock hard and it can be drilled through. Then, cover the area with kouki side skirts | |

| Cut it all away befor you sitting on it. Make a brace for you side skirts if you cant make one your self stop by a sheet metal shop theyll probably be cheaper than a body shop; unless your using them to install and paint your side skirts. just hussle | |
