| Alright dudes......time for a new clutch...this will be my third. I wanna make this fucker last. What do you guys have experience with/recommend? Im not rich so lets make it good bang for the buck. Engine is mildly modded Ka and will stay that way. I do however beat the piss out of it every weekend. Tired of slipping.
Discuss. Atown240: talk to me about that ebay one you got.

| atown and i have done about 3 tranny removals each. its really not that hard. i need to swap my trans one of these days anyways...
-remove shifter c-clip -pull shifter out from interior -unbolt slave cylinder -remove driveshaft -remove starter -put jack under tranny -unbolt tranny from motor -unbolt trans mount/support -side trans back about 3" -rotate trans until starter hole is pointing down -pull more until free -lower trans with jack
reassembly is reversed

| I have been running an ACT Extreme pressure plate and their Street disk for the past two years or so. It grips well as soon as it broke in...which took a while. Little xpensive though. Pedal feel is just a little stiffer than stock but it does grab the clutch pretty hard. It was not fun for me to combine that with a lightwieght flywheel. I have to rev to 1500 to get moving. | |

Spec Stage 3 6 puck for just over 600 dollars
www.over-steer.com email him about it.
www.enjukuracing.com Thats what I have. Love it. Chatters a little bit sometimes when in traffic on very slow clutch engagement, but otherwise it is perfect. Not too stiff, but grabbs hard.
