Torque Specs for Exhaust Mani/Turbo?

alright well i just bought some gaskets for the ka-t cuz it was missing one between the turbo and downpipe and turbo and exhaust manifold. at the same time i bought a copper gasket for the one between the block and exhaust mani cuz its gonna be a bitch to do the thing so ill just take the whole assembly off. heres my question. do i need to torque the bolts to a specific number for the block to exhaust manifold? is there a recommended torque spec for the turbo bolts? thanks a lot guys.

there are no bolts that hold the exhaust manifold to the block.

im sorry. i meant the head. oh well ill just go find a FSM and pick that up. know where to get one?
