So I looked the car over. Its got a bent tie rod. And all my fender brackets are broken/bent Gonna fab up some cool shit for my head lights and my fenders. This little welder investment is paying off.
I wonder if i could tub the car myself????

Search for part number 355670. The guy said he just bought the biggest trailer fender from there and cut it in half. It comes out to under $50 shipped for the biggest fender too so its pretty cheap.

Im guessing since they serve really no structual need, you can just spot weld them. Then just seal the rest of it.

Tucked/repaired my exhaust Made my own fender brackets Fixed miscellaneous holes
It splatters a bit, but that can be cleaned and easily taken care of. The duty cycle is only 10%, but im not welding anything that crazy, YET!!!
