going to paint my rims

i have 5 spoke rims with a 2 inch aluminum lip i was thinking grey or high gloss black . what do u guys think ? should i buff the spokes or clean them or primer , paint then clear coat it ? let me know what i should do . aight fellas

get out your wizzie wheel and grind it down, polish it.. clear it..

Dont leave anything chrome, paint them all flat black......or white!!!

Krylon-ultimate primer(walmart $3.00 each)
Pepboys rim paint ($5.00 each)
60 or 80 grit sand paper ($3.00 each)

1. Clean
2. Sand
3. Clean
4. Primer (couple of coats)
5. Paint wheels
6. Enjoy!!!!

What brand wheels are they anyway???

Paint them with a paint brush.
Paint them brown.

Paint the spokes brown and the lips green.
We will call them, the Polish sock and sandal collaboration.

just paint them some alluminum-ish color.....

i'd say gunmetal/graphite. i got a little bit of duplicolor graphite paint left still, and about half a can of clear if you want it.
