| AMS has a rebuild kit better than shot in the dark motor from who knows where. BTW i think you mean decent, descent is totally different. | |

| never said it was cheap. swaping motors in/out is no fun - I've done it a couple of times, it gets old quick, and they were FREE KAs Never said that the motor form who knows where will be fucked, but you're taking a chance. I know I wouldn't do it to my daily and end up starnded with a fucked motor in a middle of the winter - FUCK THAT. | |

| Or go to underground motorsporst and get their rebuild kit: http://www.undergroundmotorsports.com/ka24dekits.phpThey aren't cheap but have the parts needed to make your motor turbo friendly. Not to mention by rebuilding you'll get thousands of miles more out of it. | |
