Uhh.... welcome to having a KA!!! Its the infamous rattle from the plastic timing chain guides. The top ones are a piece of cake to remove, the lower ones are a bit more tricky but just as dooable.
AND NO YOU DONT HAVE TO REMOVE THE MOTOR TO DO THEM.... SIMPLY REMOVE THE CLUTCH FAN AND COVER, THAT WILL GIVE YOU ACCESS TO TO THE FRONT TIMING CHAIN COVER. PULL THE DISTRIBUTOR PULL OFF THE PULLEYS AND REMOVE THE COVER AND THATS IT.....
