So yeah anyway. Sharkies home. Got the other car i was building all taken apart and stuff. Got the motor, trans, harness, all that other shit home along with every last aftermarket part. The shark is just an empty shell nowadays. But its in decent shape and its all cleaned up already.


All of last week was dedicated to parting out the car that I was building. Yesterday I spent all day cleaining up the motor and removing all the useless shit. and putting it back together. If it wasnt raining id be putting it in the car already.

So anyway, just to recap. The Red Shark is nothing like what you guys remember, its just another empty shell. I sold everything off it before I sold it to Kevin.

Only thing on the car right now is the coilovers. So its low low.
Need to buy tires and some more spacers.

Tomorrow ill either drop the motor in it or put in the harness. Blah blah, fuck this thread, I want to the car driveable and fully built in two weeks or so. Dont have a deadline anymore since its obvious i wont make pro am anymore. So depressed about that.

Ok so yeah. No pictures again but big progress. Dropped the motor and trans in today. Was fun losing all the bolts for the crossmember, motor mounts and driveshaft, but I got it all figured out and buttoned up. Tomorrow Ill start working on figuring out this wiring mess and stuff and hope to get it running nice and solid by this weekend. Ill get pictures tomorrow. Really nice to be building the whole car up from the ground up on my own, no Trucky to save me right now.

Feels so good seeing a Single between the strut towers of the Red Shark. All is well in the world again.


Lately ive been getting really emo about not having a cool car and not driving my own car for so long. Its been ONE FULL YEAR since the last time I drove my own car. Cant wait to shatter the silence of my neighborhood with the eruption of single cam fucked up straight piped idle again.
