150 for the combo OBO. Bars are wrapped in real nice black tape right now. Its NON adhesive, so if you want to take it off, they will be like new underneath, now scrubbing glue off or anything like that.

Also, I'm looking to sell my frame. 54cm bianchi sport SX. 100 for the frame/fork/headset. 150 for the bike like 98 percent complete, but disassembled. Or just let me know what parts you want it to have on it and we will mix and match. Frame is in near perfect shape, 30 year old black paint shines like the day it was painted, gold pin striping on all lugs and vintage bianchi piaggio gold/blue livery. Steel lugged. A few tiny chips from my bars swinging, but nothing serious at all. Still has all braze-ons as well.

*my wheels, crankset, pedals, bb, and chain are not available* just the bianchi frame and the shimano/sakae components it came with. I have the factory BB, crankset, pedals, seat post, seat, rear wheel, deraileurs, shifters, bars, stem, and brakes for it, pretty much everything except the front wheel.
