The bad:
-EX camshaft seal is leaking, needs to be replaced
-minor rust starting by fenders due to baseball bat roll
-paint chipped on fenders from roll
-front bumper has multiple cracks
-no A/C
-radio antenna needs to be replaced (aftermarket one that mounts on inside of window)

It is also worth mentioning that if anyone who is not familiar with Chris wants to buy the car; everything on the car was done right, with no corners cut, especially on the motor build process.
