| Sometimes when im driving my car the brake pedal gets really hard. Could it be my brake master or booster going bad? |

| either booster or check valve, most likely.
a bad master cylinder would make a soft pedal. _________________ NACHTMENSCH Intoxicated Tortoises

| ^^what he said. I guess there is some easy way you can test the booster. You have the engine running while holding the brake down. Keep the brake down and turn off the engine. If the pedal kicks back, your booster is not working or getting vacuum. I heard this once and tried it, pedal kicked back so I replaced the booster. (after checking vacuum and check valve) And that solved my problem. |

| not too bad, but be careful of bending the hard lines too much. 2 nuts for the master, 4 in back on the pedal, and the pin through the brake pedal. you may have to adjust the rod in the booster on the new one. it should just barely touch the back of the master when the master is installed. _________________ NACHTMENSCH Intoxicated Tortoises

| Are you having bad idle issues? Could be a bad vacuum line that runs into the brake booster as well. The same thing happened to me and there was a huge hole in my vacuum line.
