Description:Everything is brand new minus the MAF and the block. Block was magnafluxed for and any problems (100% fine) and then cleaned, honed, decked and then cleaned again. Had a new MAF but someone thought they needed more than me and walked off with it. So the old one that was on my car is with it. Everything has about 200 miles on it if that. Rebuilt it for a daily, broke it in, then parked the car and swapped a dohc in it. Now its sitting in my garage taking up space.

my old single cam blew so i wen to a junk yard ad got one that the rings were on the way out. Stripped it down to a bare block. Sent it out to be magnaflux for any issues. Came back perfect so i got it honed, then line honed with the mains on. They cleaned every passage in the block and made it 100% perfect. They also did the head. Then when i got it back, i went to my nissan dealer and bought every single part they could order for it (pistons, rods, a crank, all the gaskets, oil pump, water pump, timing covers, coil, maf, freeze plugs, upper and lower intake mani, and they even had a valve cover for it. Literally EVERYTHING. Found out the gaskets werent right, took them back and went to Pep Boys for felpros, fluids and spark plugs/ wires. Then when i had everything me and my father built it at his shop. (Kustom Auto) in Machesney park. It sat for about a year, in the car, after breaking it in properly. Then i got in a bind and had to start driving the car since the trans went out in my truck. I drove the car for about 200 miles and then parked it for the winter. Bought a saturn and a dohc ka. So i decided to do a ka-t swap in the car. Pulled the sohc and its sat ever since. Had a huge falling out with my father and had to move all my stuff out of his shop and now its all at my house and i dont have room for it. I was going to find a blown up sohc 240 and make and swap my motor in it for a daily, but it seems like everyone either blew up a dohc or they have a swapped 240 that blown up, If i wasnt kicked out of my dads shop id have all the receipts and full documentation,

You need receipts. Nobody here is going to believe that you bought brand new pistons, rods, crankshaoft, manis, and a valve cover from a NISSAN DEALERSHIP for a junkyard single.
NOBODY. And nobody is going to hand you 600 dollars for a single that you SAY is fresh rebuilt, but LOOKS like a regular old junkyard single.

why would you buy a new crank if your motor popped? lol

and WHY would you buy a dual cam KA, when you just KA-T your single slammer?

when i first rebuilt the single cam i couldnt really find an aftermarket to turbo it, not too mention i had 300 people telling me that the twin cam was better. Then i bought the dohc and everyone said to go sr. So needless to say i decided to prove some people wrong with the dohc ka. I bought the crank cause i knew the service manager at the nissan dealer and he got me a good price for it and everything else (so i thought) and so i figured i why use old parts.
