It has spark, fuel and crank. It just doesnt catch, you know what i mean? Its just a hassle, id rather not mess with it and just get a working one in it.

I wont give up, but i am going to take my time.

if it has fuel and spark and you know this for sure, then it doesnt have air.

your timing is probably off.

x2 try cranking it and rotating the distributor till it catches thats how
i had to get my sr to start, after it was swapped.

Thats what ive tried and i had no success. it would slightly catch but wouldnt stay at idle. I know my timing is off but im positive it could also be something else compression wise. I would do a compression test but i blew out the starter trying to get the timing. which blows. : / and i tried for a whole 3 hrs to get the timing down.

dang, i like what you've done so far. Where are you in Joliet? I'm out in Bolingbrook and when I drive through joliet for jjc i've never seen one 240. If you need any help lemme know :]

can that rust on the strut tower be repaired?? looks bad and i had that on my coupe but i dont know if its repairable or not
