There is no scratches on the phone other then the screen. Its hard to see and can only be seen on certain colors. But if it bothers u that much they sell screen lenses which are like 15-20 dollars and its very easy to replace. But other then that the silicone case does a great job protecting it from scratches as well as giving it a good feel in ur hand and adding grip.

Details:

Wifi, updated to latest version (.81), 2 megapixel camera, Video recorder (not sure how long it can record cus i never tried but atleast 3 minutes i know that), Full QWERTY keyboard, blue tooth enabled and all that good stuff.

This is the T-mobile version so it came with the WIFI as oppose to the GPS. But id rather have wifi over gps anyday.
