Just picked it up tonight.

What up fellas? This is the hatch I just picked up to drive through the winter. It's nothing too too nice to look at but it's decent and it's got good heat. Woot Woot!! lol. Oh. And it's got a swuede momo wheel, a nismo shift knob, and an S14 passenger seat!! lol. Thats all baller stuff that you guys don't know nothin about. It don't come out till next year. haha!

Some other good stuff though is that the frame rails are pretty rust free. It does have some rust in the front inner fenderwells but oh well.










After getting it home, I immediately changed the oil, spark plugs, and fuel injector that was bad. Luckily, a buddy of mine had a spare. Then I decided to throw the set of wheels that I had on it. It looks pretty decent for a winter beater.







So what do you guys think? It still needs a wash pretty bad and I want to go over a few more things. Like spark plug wires and coolant and what not.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with it.

there is no way that is sitting at stock height..
lol it looks good though for a start. i mean you cant complain. id wash it and take that racing sticker off. and get a new hatch.

also i probably wouldnt roll on those wheels in the winter.

Something you dont mind driving, but who cares if it gets fucked up?

Drifitng in the snow is actually a really good way to practice.
No replacing tires, and everything is at such a slower pace.

how much did you pick it up for?

I did forget to mention that the car is sitting on tein springs. Makes it look way better than stock height.

The car did come with an extra hatch too. I just need to put the glass from the one on the car into the hatch that came with it.

And I need to re-install the rear interior. The guy I bought it from thought he was king shit drifter and pulled it out. I thought it was really funny that the cd player came with Fast & the Furious Tokyo Drift Soundtrack. lol.

And no there is no way that I will be able to rock the wheels through the snow. The tires are Bridgestone Potenza's and let me tell you, they don't do shit in the snow.

I had to fork out $1450 for the car. I didn't think that was too bad.

Yeah chicago wouldn't be as fun as where I live. I usually go out at like 1 or 2 in the morning and bang around for a couple hours. The worst I have to worry about is hitting a curb. And I had some pretty decent tires so I only got stuck like twice. I just kinda powered out though.

And yes I love the white. Might even get my other one painted white too.

as much as i would never recommend driving a 240 in the winter, i guess its alright if you dont care about fucking it up

after hearing this i am not looking forward to this winter.

Don't even sweat it. Just make sure you have good tires on the back and you will be JUST fine. You'll have a lot of fun too. You can drift every corner that there isn't another car or cop at. Go out late at night and rip it up. It gives awesome practice. I got pretty decent at it last year.

yea i had alota fun last winter..unfortunately thats when i bought my car also but it made it through just fine...hopefully this winter aint that bad

Haha I remember that shit...good times. I drove mine all last winter too, and yea, you'll get stuck every now and then, but its still a blast.
