Hi guys Im new to this forum as well to the 240sx. I have owned other nissans maninly maxima. I use a 2000 maxima as my daily driver. The 240sx was really rusted I have fixed the front part with all the rust. now want to learn about welding the differential, is that like having a lsd? I want to get it some wheels want to go with a staggered look. I want 17 what do you guys recommend? I would like to lower the car as well. Any recomendations?

yeah, we can be mean often. but we try to toughen up our members and get them to research a lot of stuff themselves. especially basic stuff like how to lower a car and how to fit 17's on a car. (do not get anything that is less than 8.5" wide with 17's)

welded is similar to a 2.0 way lsd. but a welded open diff can break a lot faster. not to meantion that you need to trust the guy to weld it properly.

why you need a welded diff???
as far as wheels - too many variables.

Oh yeah - get tension rods. your are shot.
