HELP TRUCK'Y!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so my SR still hasent ran, checked my ecm codes just incase and i got this code....
55 - Other Malfunction. CONSULT Terminal Required

So does anybody know what it means cause im stumped???

does it crank, spark, fuel?

There is spark and there is fuel........but just doesnt start checked timing a million times and thats good, any ideas kevin.......

Check MAF wiring
How far is MAF away from turbo?
If this thing is wired wrong or in the wrong place it will give you the symptoms you describe.

Change MAF with someone here I just gave away the stock Sr maf that came with my engine or id tell you to pick it up.

Check CAS wiring

With the SR this problem on first start is almost always the CAS a slight adjustment

Also what does your injector wiring look like? I would suspect a problem there.
Sorry there are just so many things i checked on mine after hours of searching. It wound up being a 1/2 inch adjusment to my CAS and then BROOOOOOM

Well i havent checked the maf wiring and ill post pics of the injector wiring in a bit, but i think that cause of my problems is my cas, i cheked the voltage coming out of it and its suppose to be, 5v-0.1v and i get sparatic reading like up to 12v in just the second pin....also its like flooded all the time when i crank it and then remove the spark plugs, there is alot of fuel on them, but i checked for spark and there is spark.........so man i just plain dont know....if anyone can stop by and give a hand at starting it, ill gladlly pay for your services.....so just PM me.....

Whats your maf voltage at??

not sure, but i did this with my mr2 to find the circuit where there's a problem.

key to 'on' and test for power at the ECU at each pin using a paperclip from the backside of the connector and a multimeter. in my FSM it gave me what voltage each pin was suppoed to be at (either ON, cranking, or off)

but once again, im not sure if there is something like that for you.

Who did your harness?

Not familiar with kazu, did they modify the ka harness or do the simple sr harness rewiring?

Anyway have you tested your ignitor chip and its wiring?

yeah from everything ive seen for S13 to s13, it shouldve been super simple.

sounds like the code you got is bullshit check cas first if thats not it make sure theres not a broken or disconnected wire some where but if its cranking you got spark and fuel its either cas or compression problem ie not timed right ect did you have anything done internally on the motor??

Well i got spark, but my pump isnt starting now for some weird reason, but i put ground to it and it starts working, also just got another igniter, but i really think its my cas theres no other reason why it shouldnt start, im on a dead line my car is suppose to get painted in a week so it has to start, ill post the prosses that i used to test the cas in a bit.......
