So I guess, I can start off with the build.

this is what it used to look like when scooter had it




First thing was to remove subframe and start from the back (insert whore joke here)
full solid subframe and diff bushings. Removed them with fire and danced around the subframe as they were burning out



Than dropped the front and reinforced the LCAs and tension rod brackets




Got some gay links, as it came bare


it going to be a kouki front end (from old chassis)
this will be one of my front ends


and a front pair of wheels (PFC is for my S13 build)

Since its in WI, I can only work on it 1-2 days a week.

Front end suspension is on.
Rear suspension: Z32 uprights, traction arm, RUCA, Toe arm are all on.

Debating on staying OEM or going with SPL tie rod setup.

Removed the PS lines/reservoir since they won't fit anyway.

Damn spacers I got don't fucking fit and need to go on a lathe to have the hubcentric shit removed.

Autozone suck for not having my fitting available AT ALL. Napa sucks cuz they're not open. Carquest suck cuz they're open till 2pm.

Next week i should be getting:
Z32 balljoint seats so I can finish installing the uprights.
Z32 ebrakes
Z32 HawkHPS pads all around
Z32 conversion lines
Z32 rotors

It was dark when I finished, so no good pics of that shit.

PS. gotta remove the clutch mc/line/slave and get rid of it, probably gas pedal too.

its easier than trying to figure out the spaghetti thats left after the last owner had it, trying to add to that GM engine harness and move it all into the cabin.

This way its going to be way cleaner, easier to track down any problems and the battery is already in the trunk, so fuse box is going in glove compartment.

If the chassis wiring would be unmolested, I might have had left it alone, but the chassis went from stock KA, to ITB KA on megasquirt, to ITB KA-T on Haltech. Shit was cut and spliced all over. Easiest way to assure that there won't be an issue later on, it to do it right and start fresh.

Its just a bunch of wires. LMAO

yes, it is a hell of a lot easier to run just the wires you need than trying to figure out a hacked up stock one. just run one sensor at a time and overlay each wire making a "loom" until you run them all. then just tape them up and shit. shouldn't be too difficult depending on the motor.

Nah, engine harness is pretty much self contained. only thing it needs is power, ground, vss, tach, starter, reverse.
But I do have to go through it and remove all the emission bs thats on it and flash the PCM

The chassis harness is hacked to hell as is the fuse panel.
Moving it to interior is just a benefit, only thing in front of firewall will be engine harness, lights, and 1ga wire to the battery thats in the trunk.
