New update, the SR20DET LIVES!!!

After Ryan at Kasu redid all the wiring like a beast, I put power to it and boom, first try. Beautiful thing.

I'm having a couple stupid problems, but I hope to have insurance on her by Wed. so maybe, just maybe, she'll be at the 240 meet. Probably no power steering though since that stupid hot pipe has a turbo xs bov sitting right in the way of the ps resivor.

But whatever... it's all gravy man.

Ok so latest update to anyone who cares.

The dumbass with the car before me has compleatly screwed me. He fucked up the hole in the block for the turbo oil feed line. So I have been trying to get the stock shit to work and thats just not going to happen. I just finished figuring out what I have to do to fix it:

Tap hole with 1/4" NPT tap
Use 1/4" NPT male to -3 AN male fitting into the block
-3 AN 90* female hose end onto fitting
-3 AN Stainless Steel braided line (ordering 3ft)
that runs to another -3 AN 90 Female hose end
to a -3 AN to turbo inlet size oil restrictor.

Total it up, about 80 bucks. If this kid didn't fuck this shit up, I could either just use the stock setup like I want to, or order the taka water and oil lines for 120 bucks. This sucks.

And to top it off, the water feed line is fucked up too. I have used washers to space it out and it seals under my iron smokers lungs, but it may leak as well. If thats the case, I'll haev to do all this shit over again.

Up side, I should be getting that bov relocated tonite so I can put the power steering in. Unfortunatly, I won't make it to the 240 meet with the vert. Sorry guys. I'm pissed about it too.

You can get used AN lines from Nascar teams on ebay for pretty cheap. If you can wait a few days for shipping and they happen to have something of the right length with the right fittings, it's a great deal.

I didn't know that Paco, but I'd rather get new shit and save the hassle if something is bad.
