why were you going 115 in a 45? obviously you weren't on the highway...

and yeah, over 20(25?)mph over, I believe it is considered "wreckless driving" and you will be punished accordingly.

this is my second ticket in 2 months, i wasnt breaking the sound barrier or anything with either of them, one was 8 over and the one i caught last night was 80 in a 55. but the cop got me for speeding, following too closely, improper lane usage, and tinted windows. do you think this is something that i would need to bring a lawyer to court?

Im 19 and have gotten two. My license was suspended for about 2 months on the last one. I remember i got this letter in the mail after my first ticket saying that i would lose my license if i were to get another before i turned 21.
But i got it back so the sytsem must be failing.

ive gotten a couple speeding tickets, but every time it was in chicago.. I got court dates for them, and every time i go downtown for court i see the same attorney outside the court room.. pay him $100 and you dont have to pay court fees/fines, or the cost of the ticket, and it isn't on your driving record.
