this is a thread for all the people wondering how to get their car featured on this fine website as "Ride of the Month"

so here we go;


1. Do not ask to be ROTM. asking to be ROTM guarantees that you wont be for some time. You must be elected by the moderator staff first and foremost.

2. You must be an active member of our forum. This includes meaningful posts and starting threads. We have no need to feature a car if you don't be part of the site.

3. You must attend meets. We like to see cars in person and get to know you on a personal level. Pictures are good to a point, but pictures can also disguise a ugly, boring car.

4. Your car must be presentable. Steelies, off-road status, and bone stock looking cars are boring. No one wants to look at them and they do not make very good features.

5. Originality helps a lot! If your car looks like every other car on the road, we'll look at it as such. Sportmax, rota, weak offsets, and oem body panels all are NOT original. go be different. We like to see new ideas and well put together cars.

Also, dont be afraid to post pics of your car on the forum more often. Alot of our members have very nice cars, but rarely show them to us. If we dont know what your driving, and how your car has evolved since we last saw it or something, we obviously cant feature it.

Another important thing would be the availibility of quality pics of your car. You could have the hottest car in the world but it wont make much of a feature if all you have is crappy cell phone pics.
