b/c i had to do some searching for all the parts i guess ill help people out and post the parts needed. hope this helps someone.

-5speed transmission
-Manual Transmission Cross Member
-Clutch Pedal with bracket
-Transmission Mount
-Master Cylinder
-Main Line from Master Cylinder to Hose
-Hose from Main Line to Slave Cylinder
-Slave Cylinder
-Small sealing shifter boot
-Lower boot that seals road from interior
-Hold down ring for lower boot
-Upper Shifter Interior Boot
-Driveshaft for 5speed
-flywheel bolts
-Flywheel
-clutch kit
-manual ecu

-Manual Transmission Cross Member - un needed, it's the same as the AT one. Atleast for my car it was.
-Main Line from Master Cylinder to Hose- Spend the $30 and get the ss line that goes from the master to the slave.
-manual ecu also not needed, unless ur obdII

When i swapped mine i din even know that the clutch wasn't attached to the trans Sad

for s14 you need a Manual Transmission Cross Member

nico is also home to most write ups but very nice collection of parts thats usually where the problems are with most projects(missing parts) very nice D*

how much woukd it cost to get the swap done , and is it a better idea to just wait and get a an engine and transmission , to be put on at the same time

Iknow this is an old post but I'm very thankful for this sticky. I just picked up an auto S13 that needs a 5-speed bad. Now I just need to find the damn parts Sad

Anyone whos got any of the above let me know!
